Course Description

“The phenomenon of ‘Law’, which has a conservative character in the context of its sources, always faces unprecedented challenges and new opportunities in the face of rapid technological advances and changing social norms. In this context, law, on the one hand, has an unchanging nature such as ‘freedom – secularism – scientificity – humaneness’.” It is expected to always preserve its basic values, and on the other hand, to adapt to change/development by not remaining fixed/passive. What we express today as the phenomenon of ‘law’ actually has three different historical views as ‘the concept of law – legal education and the legal profession’.


This course – with a multidisciplinary approach – examines how modern trends will shape the legal climate of tomorrow by examining the dynamic intersection of law, technology and society, focusing on fundamental issues such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, social/digital media, unmanned vehicles/robots, biotechnology and ethical consequences of technological innovation. aims to reveal. Another aim is for participants to become familiar with the dynamism of the ever-changing legal field by analyzing real-life case studies and participating in critical discussions, and to comprehend the knowledge and skills required to become legal experts in the world of the future.”
